Six Democratic senators, led by Dick Durbin (Ill.), ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and including Elizabeth Warren (Mass.), ranking member of the Banking Committee, tried the power of the pen and wrote to Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche asking him to reinstate the National Cryptocurrency Enforcement Team (NCET), to enforce federal laws against cryptocurrency and continue its prosecutions against злочинне використання криптовалют.
